Years Climbing: 15 years on and off

Favourite Climbing Experience: Castle Helen North Wales, great day out with my dad and his mates, surrounded by sun, the ocean and a beautiful lighthouse. Abseil down to a small starting ledge with the waves crashing in, exposed and awesome.

Favourite Mountain/Route/Problem: Gaustablik, Rjukan, Norway. When the weather is good…. Nothing less than amazing.

Particular Interests: Sport in General, Music, Guitar and films.

Often Found: Playing Guitar, lifting weights, or nowhere to be found, slacklining, biking, climbing or the pub ;)
