John is our Managing Director. Drawing on a lifetime at the cutting edge of British climbing, and recognising the need for a climbing centre in Manchester, he opened MCC in 2005.
John is now proud to introduce our second climbing centre in Harrogate, in his old stamping ground of North Yorkshire.
When not at one of the two centres, John can usually be found out on the crags across Yorkshire, the peak district and in Europe, climbing something hard!
