If you’ve only climbed on indoor climbing walls and you want to experience some Yorkshire gritstone climbing instead, why not book onto one of our “Resin to Rock” courses and let one of our qualified instructors give you the confidence you need to safely enjoy the experience.
Run as a day long session, we will take you out climbing into the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales or Staffordshire, where you will be given the chance to fully appreciate what it is like to climb outdoors.
On this course the instructor will deal with all the equipment and rigging leaving you free to concentrate on climbing on a new and challenging medium. Each person attending the course must be a competent top rope belayer. All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to use your own harnesses and climbing shoes.
This course will be run with a minimum of four people. Insufficient uptake may result in the cancellation of the course.
Resin to Rock Courses are run throughout the Spring and Summer months- dates will be available to book from May onwards.
Over 14’s only- under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult who is taking part in the course.
The course will run from 10:00am – 4:00pm, and costs £60 per head.
