Indulge are one of the most celebrated catering specialists in North Yorkshire. With nine year’s experience at their Station Parade deli-bar, owners Paul and Chris are no slouches in the world of high-class catering; Chris, who was previously head chef at Villu Toots restaurant, and has trained under Michelin Star rated chef Simon Gueller, said: “From my very first days in catering I knew one day I wanted my own business and Indulge is it; and with Paul I have a business partner who is in tune to not only my way of thinking, but also the customers’ needs.
“I met Paul when we worked at the Balmoral Hotel, and both of us share a common love of good food and great service. With his hotel and restaurant management experience and my culinary background, I can’t think of a better suited business pairing in the regional catering world”.
Indulge offer a wide variety of fresh, healthy fare from fair trade teas and coffees to panini, wraps, baked potatoes and are happy to make you your food of choice (within reason!). All of the food is locally sourced wherever possible and made fresh on the premises every day.
