Our Base Camp meeting room offers conference and corporate meeting facilities in a unique setting. Situated in a glass-fronted space on our mezzanine floor area, our meeting room can accommodate up to 16 delegates in a boardroom style layout, or 35 in a lecture hall layout. Smaller, more intimate seating plans are easily arranged, and can be tailored to your specific needs. The room is also available for private business meetings or product launches. Situated just south of Harrogate town centre, there is secure off road parking for up to 30 vehicles. The meeting room is also well served by Hornbeam Park railway station. The room is available to community groups and charitable trusts as well as commercial organizations.
Whilst located in a busy and vibrant climbing centre, our meeting room is a quiet and private area, giving you the perfect location for a dynamic and stimulating event.
Along with the standard provision of a whiteboard, flip chart and pens, we also provide Wi-Fi Internet access, allowing you to make the best use of your laptop for your event.
Serviced catering is also available from our on-site branch of Harrogate’s favourite deli-bar, Indulge.
Prices for hire of our conference room are:
£40 for two hours,
£70 per half day,
£130 per full day.
