It is with great regret that after this weeks announcement, and to support the Governments effort to suppress the spread of COVID-19, we can confirm that from Thursday 5th Nov 2020 we will be closing our doors for the second national lockdown. An exact reopening date has not yet been confirmed but as soon as it does, we will let you know. A huge thank you to all our incredible customers for your lovely comments and messages of support.
We will be working to reopen as quickly as possible, and reschedule any pre-booked sessions or courses, and during this time want to thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have a session booked with us in the coming 4 weeks, we will be in touch in the next 24hrs.
To support our members during this time, all memberships will be automatically frozen, meaning no further payments will be taken until we reopen. Those monthly members who wish to use us up to our closure will be able to climb for free until we close our doors at 10pm Wednesday 4th Nov.
We want to reassure all our members and prepaid customers that they will not lose out on a single day of paid for climbing and we will not unfreeze your membership until you request so.
If you are a monthly member and are able to continue your monthly payments, please submit an unfreeze request. Similarly, if you do not currently have a membership with us but would like to show your support during this difficult time the best way you can do this is through purchasing a gift card or punch pass from our website, both of which can be redeemed once we reopen.
During this time, we will be working hard to keep you entertained with social media blogs, training tips and posts ‘all things climbing’. We’d like to thank you for your ongoing support and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back through our doors soon.
